doll requests and pick ups

While requesting a doll please fill out this form:

Send the form above (filled out) to my tdp account or any of the doll maker staff, and we will try to make your doll as soon as we can. You can pick up your requested doll on the "doll pick-ups" page. (to get my tdp account name or any of the doll making staff's for dollmailing please see the "dolls".)
